PUBLIC SAMPLE · NINE EU/EEA HOME STATES

Where to license, by the numbers.

MiCA is one rulebook; the price and the clock are not. This is the public nine-state sample of the Jurisdiction Comparator: the register position and the regulator fee instruments, with the source and the gaps marked. The full tool and the written shortlist memo go further on own funds, statutory clocks and the evidence behind each figure.

2 · Regulator fees, from official instruments

Where an official instrument fixes a CASP tariff, the figure is quoted with the instrument. Where none exists, the table says so rather than quoting a consultant's range as a rule. This sample shows the structure; the memo carries the instrument, date and the own-funds position for the three jurisdictions you shortlist.

What this sample is not

It is not the full Comparator, not legal advice, and not a recommendation to authorise in any state. It does not settle own funds, the statutory clock, the services an authority actually grants in practice, or the tax position. The paid memo covers three jurisdictions and states its sources and gaps. Confirm every figure with the authority before you rely on it.
