Regulatory data and third-party content

Some feeds refresh automatically; other tools are dated, curated snapshots with separately labelled official-record, fee-evidence and provider links. That information is provided for convenience and general awareness only; it may be delayed, incomplete, reclassified or changed without notice, and it is not a substitute for the official source. Always confirm the current position with the issuing authority before relying on it. Some of that information comes from the ESMA registers. Where the firm incorporates register information in a document that is sold, it tells the buyer that the same information may be obtained free of charge through the ESMA registers.

Bespoke work and the Pro list

Where the firm takes on a bespoke project, permitted deliverables are analysis, documentation, automation and training within a written scope. The firm does not provide legal, investment, portfolio or crypto-asset advice. Pro is in preview; joining the Pro list is free and does not create a paid subscription or reserve a price. Any paid access will be governed by terms shown before purchase.

Scoped notes

A dated counterparty note is a research document limited to the scope stated in its written scope letter: the register record for the firms named, the source and capture date, and the limits of the evidence. It is not a recommendation, a suitability assessment, a legal opinion or a substitute for checking the authority. The fee, delivery date and any credit against a later engagement are stated in the scope letter. Where the scope letter and these terms differ, the scope letter governs the note.
